I order the beef and chicken hawaiian bbq. The food taste good. 1 order is good for 2 people but we order 3. They do not have a diet soda so we order the regular one. I just ask for water to drink. The service was good but we have to go to the counter to ask what we need. The crews are not so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was good but noisy inside the restaurant.

I was excited to try Ramen 101 because I had heard good things about it, but the service I received completely changed my impression of the place. Hazel was working the register, and from the moment I walked up, she seemed irritated. Since it was my first time there, I asked a couple of questions about the menu, and instead of being helpful, she responded with a noticeable attitude. The thing that stood out most was how often she rolled her eyes. It happened multiple times during our interaction, and it honestly made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking basic questions. What made it more frustrating was seeing her interact with two guys who appeared to know her. Her attitude instantly changed. She was smiling, laughing, and happily talking with them but I was getting short responses and eye rolls. The difference was hard not to notice. I understand that customer service jobs can be stressful, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re bothering someone just by placing an order. A simple question shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially when it’s someone’s first time visiting. The food was good, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. Lovely interior, a bit of a small space, yet comfy, it has tables with chairs or booth seating on one side and chairs on the other side. Once we ordered our food the sevice was quite quick. I do not think we waited even 5 minutes for our appetizers to come our and our Ramen bowls came out shortly after that. We were checked on at least once to see if we needed anything else. Our food was good I especially liked my Black Garlic Ramen Bowl. Tables were cleaned quickly once people finished their meals. Bathroom was clean and stocked.

I gotta say, I’m from Vancouver so I was kinda spoiled when it came to ramen choices but since moving here a year ago, I haven’t found a good ramen joint. However, Ramen 101 gave me a warm familiar hug in the form of a delicious bowl of shoyu ramen. Highly recommend!

I love absolutely everything about this place! I have for years, and I've even gotten a couple of my friends hooked on it! Everything I have tried has been to my liking, they're very accommodating. Staff are awesome as well! They're all lovely people! Good job to whoever runs this place and the staff!
